‘Jersey Shore’s JWOWW Reveals She Turns To Lifetime TV After A Breakup; Recommends Plastic Surgery

Jenni “JWOWW” Farley went through tough times with her now ex-boyfriend Tom on the current season of MTV’s “Jersey Shore,” and the party girl has some surprising advice for those going through similar circumstances – chill out with some good, old fashioned ladies’ television.

“I do recommend like a three day… like a ‘shut the phone off, watch Lifetime, eat ice cream, get it all out [period],’” JWOWW told Billy Bush and Kit Hoover on Wednesday’s Access Hollywood Live.

The buxom brunette said that the brokenhearted shouldn’t sulk about their failed relationship for too long though.

“And then, after that just get over it,” she added. “You only have one life, get out, have fun with your friends, family.”

JWOWW shares such secrets in her first book, “The Rules According to JWOWW: Shore-Tested Secrets on Landing a Mint Guy, Staying Fresh to Death, and Kicking the Competition to the Curb,” which was released on William Morrow, a branch of HarperCollins, last week.

“Basically, learn from my mistakes,” JWOWW said of her reasons for penning the self-help guide. “The breakup on the show, everything that I did in my past, settling, dating all these wrong guys for the wrong reasons and just all my fans wanted advice and they wanted my workout tips, diet tips, everything, so I just wanted to collaborate it all into the book.”

Another tip JWOWW has – plastic surgery – if a person feels they need it. She herself had a breast augmentation on her 21st birthday.

“It was my 21st birthday present,” she laughed.

Does she have any regrets about the surgery, Billy and Kit asked?

“I would do it every year if I had to,” she said. “I would regret not doing them. I recommend them for anybody. If you broke your nose when you were a kid and it never healed right and you just wanna get something done… just do it. Why not?”

JWOWW will have to take a pause from promoting her book in a few months when she heads to Italy to shoot the next season of “Jersey Shore.”

“I can’t wait,” she said of the trip. “I don’t know where we’re going [in Italy].”

There is a chance that Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola may not return for the show, but JWOWW said she’s hoping her friend, with whom she recently reconciled, will be along for the ride.

“I hope so. It’s kind of like a wait and see,” JWOWW said. “I think it’s gonna be around April when we leave, so hopefully we’ll get an answer then.”

“Jersey Shore” airs on Thursday nights at 10 PM on MTV.
