Katherine Heigl admires the toned and sculpted bodies of some of her fellow A-list celebs, but the former “Grey’s Anatomy” star says she’s not sure she has the commitment needed to achieve their lean looks.

“I was 20 pounds heavier and wanted to look like those girls with fantastically beautiful bodies like Jennifer Aniston or Jessica Alba, but I just couldn’t lose the weight,” Katherine told British Cosmopolitan in an interview for the magazine’s January 2012 issue.
