Jessica Biel On Scaling Kilimanjaro: ‘I’m Never Going To Do That Again!’

Climbing to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro once was enough for Jessica Biel.

“I’m never going to do that again,” she said with a laugh to Access Hollywood’s Maria Menounos at the junket for her latest film, “Valentine’s Day,” in LA on Friday. “I’m going to be waiting at the bottom with a cappuccino for you and a warm blanket.”

But the actress said her recent climb, done to raise awareness for clean drinking water in Africa, was well worth it.

“I just got back six days ago. It was incredible,” she said. “It was such a challenge for me. It was probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever done… Sometimes it was kind of miserable. Altitude sickness is like a general uncomfortable, uneasy feeling. You just can’t think straight.”

While Jessica won’t be heading out again herself anytime soon, she recommended the outdoor excursion.

“Hiking for seven hours a day and sleeping in tents and being out in the wilderness was a real experience everyone should try,” she said. “We’ve raised some awareness for the water problem and that was the whole idea.”

“Valentine’s Day,” which also stars Julia Roberts, Jamie Foxx, Taylor Lautner, Jennifer Garner and many more, is due on February 12.
