Jillian Michaels Poses Nude At 40: ‘I Look Better Now Than I Ever Have’

Jillian Michaels is baring it all!

The “Biggest Loser” trainer, who turned 40 in February, posed nude for Shape magazine’s July/August issue, and shared her thoughts on hitting the big 4-0.

“I won’t lie. This birthday was hard,” she told the mag. “I thought, ‘Oh, my God, am I halfway through my life?’”

While getting older is emotionally challenging, Jillian said she’s feeling confident in her own skin – and she looks better than she ever has.

“When I think back on my 20s and 30s I look better now than I ever have,” she said. “Yes, I’m older, but I’m also wiser, and that’s a more intrinsic type of beauty.”

And the mother of two encouraged women to work on building muscle in the gym, instead of concentrating only on cardio.

“It’s important for women to have overall strength, because when you feel physically powerful, it transcends into every facet of your life,” she told the mag.

Jillian’s Shape issue hits newsstands on June 25.
