J.Lo Reportedly Inks ‘Idol’ Deal

Jennifer Lopez is reportedly officially headed to the “American Idol” judges’ table!

According to People, the singer/actress has signed on for a seat at the judges’ table following the departures of Kara DioGuardi, Ellen DeGeneres and Simon Cowell.

According to Deadline (who first reported the news), J.Lo’s deal – which reportedly first broke down over the star’s initial alleged demands – is worth $12 million.

“She’s very excited,” a source close to J.Lo told People.

When contacted by Access Hollywood, a rep for FOX had no comment about her reported deal.

“Idol” has yet to officially announce who will be at the judges’ table for Season 10, but as previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, a source told Access that Aerosmith’s frontman Steven Tyler also has a deal in place to join returning judge Randy Jackson.
