It’s going to take more than a
wardrobe malfunction to deter John Stamos.
The actor accidentally ripped his
pants while performing with The Beach Boys in New York over the weekend,
but shrugged off the mishap like a total pro.
John gave his Instagram followers
a play-by-play of the situation, sharing a video of the exact moment he
realized the center seam down the back of his slacks had completely come apart
mid-song.
“…and then, somewhere towards the end of Fun, Fun, Fun – I felt a slight breeze in the buttocks area….” he wrote in his caption, adding the hashtags “#SplitPants,” “TheBeachBUNS” and “showmustgoon.”
The 53-year-old appeared to hesitate for a few seconds while confirming the tear, before continuing to rock out alongside the legendary music group as though nothing had happened.
It wasn’t John’s only big moment on stage that night.
Earlier in the evening, he made one concertgoer’s dream come true with a special serenade for her infant son.
John even brought the little one up to join the band, and held him in his arms while joking to the audience that he was accepting an Academy Award.

The overjoyed mother gushed over John’s gesture on Twitter, writing that the “Fuller House” star had officially secured a fan for life.
“He played guitar directly to my son,” she wrote, captioning a photo of John kneeling down and singing just a few feet away. “@johnstamos won my heart completely.”
