Jon Gosselin might be in the midst of a lawsuit from TLC for allegedly breaching his contract as star of the reality show “Jon & Kate Plus 8,” but the reality octo-dad enjoyed a fairytale this past weekend with girlfriend Hailey Glassman in New York City.
The duo was spotted on Saturday night arriving at NYC’s Oak Room in a horse drawn carriage.
Never letting a photo-op pass them by, the couple posed for photographers kissing several times before heading into the restaurant for dinner.
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, in a statement to Access, Gosselin’s lawyer, Mark Jay Heller, responded to TLC’s allegations, calling the suit a “baseless action.”
In addition to the lawsuit from TLC, Jon is in the midst of a public divorce with estranged wife Kate Gosselin. Last week, Jon was ordered to return $180,000 he withdrew from a joint bank account he shares with Kate.
After TLC announced the show would be renamed “Kate Plus Eight,” Jon fought back, barring the cable channel from filming any of his eight children. TLC says the future of the hit reality show remains in question.
