Jon Gosselin Slams Lawyer, ‘Moving Forward Amicably’ With Kate

A former lawyer is putting words in Jon Gosselin’s mouth, the reality dad claimed on Thursday.

“Mr. Anthony List Sr. Esq. Is not my representing attorney,” Jon Tweeted. “I terminated him on April 15, 2010.”

The Tweet came in response to a TMZ story that paraphrased the attorney as saying that Jon would continue on with his “absentee mom” claims in custody court, despite Kate’s recent elimination from “Dancing with the Stars.”

“He has no legal right to speak to the press or anyone on my behalf,” Jon’s Tweets continued. “Kate, her attorneys and I are moving forward to work things out privately and amicably.”

The reality parents are due in a Pennsylvania courtroom on May 25 for a custody hearing regarding their eight kids.
