Josh Duggar & Wife Anna Welcome Fourth Child, Daughter Meredith Grace

It’s now four kids and counting for Josh and Anna Duggar.

The couple, both 27, has welcomed daughter Meredith Grace, Josh announced via Twitter and Instagram on Sunday. The newborn joins siblings Marcus, 2, Michael, 4, and Mackynzie, 5.

“Announcing the arrival of Meredith Grace Duggar!” Josh wrote in his social media posts, including a photo of the baby girl alongside her smiling parents. “Anna & Meredith are resting and doing well!”

The former TLC reality stars also shared a close-up shot of their bundle of joy looking sleepy.

Meredith isn’t the only new addition to the family. Josh’s sister Jill gave birth to son Israel David with husband Derick Dillard in April, and sister Jessa is expecting her first child with husband Ben Seewald later this year.

The Duggars’ happy news comes just three days after TLC’s decision to cancel “19 Kids and Counting” in the wake of the family’s scandal that broke in May. The show had been the network’s top-rated program, and was first pulled from its schedule following reports that Josh had allegedly molested five young girls as a teen, including Jill and Jessa.

Until recently, Josh and Anna had been keeping a low public profile.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Josh first resurfaced on June 16 to wish his son Michael a happy birthday via Instagram, and the couple later issued a Father’s Day video tribute to Josh’s dad, Jim Bob, on the Duggars’ website.

Josh and Anna have been married since 2008.
