Judge Judy is heading to primetime!
The beloved TV star will be featured in a one-hour special for CBS, “Judge Judy Primetime,” which will include new cases and also explore how New York Family Court Judge Judith Sheindlin transitioned to TV’s “Judge Judy.”
The special will also feature excerpts from the 1993 “60 Minutes” profile, which helped elevate her to pop culture stardom, as well as the 2003 “60 Minutes” piece, which caught up with her 10 years later.
“Judge Judy” has topped the daytime TV ratings for four consecutive years.
“Judge Judy Primetime” will air May 20 at 8 PM/9 PM on CBS.
