Judge Orders Lindsay Lohan To Complete 125 More Community Service Hours

Just 125 more hours to go for Lindsay Lohan!

That’s the number of additional community service hours a judge in Los Angeles ordered Lindsay to do on Wednesday morning, as part of the actress’ never-ending probation that stems from her 2012 reckless driving case.

The reason behind the closed-door decision— more than half of the hours the “Mean Girls” star claimed she served at CSV, a children’s charity in London, were deemed unacceptable by the court and prosecutor.

In particular, the parties “had a problem with some of the work shadowing,” Lindsay’s attorney Shawn Holley revealed to Access Hollywood following the hearing on Wednesday.

Many of Lindsay’s hours were done in conjunction with the play she starred in on the West End, “Speed the Plow.”

Lindsay’s probation was originally scheduled to end in March, but will now extend to May 28 so that she can complete her new hours.

“We reached a compromise position so that we can move forward,” Holley added. “And by the way, it’s not a problem because she’s enjoying doing community service and will continue to.”

Another proceeding will be held March 12 to determine the manner in which Lindsay can complete the community service.

As to whether her client has plans to return stateside to fulfill her obligations, Holley told Access, “I think [London] suits her. She seems to really be thriving there so more power to her.”
