Access Hollywood has confirmed that police were called to the singer’s house over the weekend due to complaints from neighbors over alleged high speed and reckless driving.

A source claimed to Access that Justin’s friend, rapper Tyler, the Creator, was driving and Justin was not in the car at the time.

A rep for the singer had no comment when contacted by Access Hollywood on Monday.

In March, the singer reportedly had a spat with a neighbor about alleged high speed driving in the neighborhood.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, within the last year, Bieber has been cited twice for speeding. In May, he was stopped in Dubai for speeding while driving a white Lamborghini and in July, 2012, he was pulled over for speeding and reckless maneuvering in his chrome Fisker Karma in LA.
