Katherine Heigl And Josh Kelley Wed Sunday Afternoon

Under a misting light snow, “Grey’s Anatomy” Emmy winner Katherine Heigl and musician Josh Kelley wed Sunday afternoon.

“Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley were married in a private ceremony tonight, December 23rd in Deer Valley, Utah. The fairy tale wedding was described by guests as a ‘winter wonderland,’” her publicist told Access.

The bride and groom met in 2005 when the actress appeared in the video for the singer / songwriter’s music video for “Only You.”

Fellow “Grey’s” co-stars T.R. Knight told People that the ceremony was “incredible and beautiful.” Other members of the “Grey’s” family in attendance included Sandra Oh, Justin Chambers and “Private Practice’s” Kate Walsh and her husband, Alex Young.

According to People, the ceremony took place, “in a small, private tent at the Stein Eriksen Lodge,” and, the nuptials, “lasted about 30 minutes in an area decked out in white flowers and white candles. A walkway from the tent to the nearby reception was lined with white candles, illuminating the fresh snow.”

The ceremony was conducted by Unitarian minister Tom Goldsmith. Katherine’s bridal procession was to an acoustic song written by Kelley, and performed by a cellist and guitarist, People also reports.

OK reports that, “with tears filling the eyes of the 80 friends and family in attendance, the 29-year-old beauty looked exquisite in her traditional, white Oscar De La Renta gown, as she made her way down the aisle to a song written specifically for the ceremony by her waiting groom.”

OK also reports that on Saturday, “Katherine and her gal pals celebrated her last day of single-hood with an all-day trip to the spa, complete with gifts from Victoria’s Secret and buckets of champagne from Moet & Chandon.”
