Katherine Heigl: Daughter Naleigh Is ‘Very Possessive’ Of Our New Baby Girl

Katherine Heigl and husband Josh Kelley recently adopted their second child — a baby girl named Adalaide — and the actress says their daughter Naleigh is loving life as a big sister.

“She is [enjoying it],” Katherine told Access Hollywood at the AFI Awards in Los Angeles on Thursday, when asked how Naleigh is responding to her infant sibling. “She’s very bossy and she gets very possessive of her.”

At just 3 years old, Naleigh is already offering parenting tips to her mom and making suggestions on how to best care for the family’s new 10-week-old addition.

“She wants to feed [Adalaide] her bottle and she wants to hold her and then I’m doing everything wrong,” Katherine told Access. “[She says] I’m holding the bottle too hard or, ‘Mommy, you need to rock her more’ and she’s just very involved, which is great.

“She’s a good little helper,” she added.

Katherine and Josh, who married in 2007, adopted South Korea-born Naleigh in 2009, and expanded their family once again with the April addition of Adalaide.
