Kelsey Grammer Responds To Wife’s Divorce Filing

Kelsey Grammer has responded to wife Camille Grammer’s divorce filing in court, also asking a judge to dissolve their marriage.

In papers filed last week in Los Angeles Superior Court, and obtained by Access Hollywood, the former “Frasier” star, like his wife, cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, in her filing Camille asked a judge to award the estranged couple joint legal custody of their two children – Mason Olivia, 8, and Jude Gordon, 5. She has asked for physical custody with visitation granted to Kelsey.

In his filing, however, Kelsey also asked for not only joint legal custody, but also joint physical custody, a point different from his wife’s filing.

While Camille asked the judge to order Kelsey to pay her attorneys fees, Kelsey, in his filing asked the judge to order that they both take care of their own legal fees, payable by “community funds.”

Kelsey also asked that the court not award Camille spousal support, something Camille asked for in her filing.

Kelsey and Camille, who is a former Playboy model, wed in August 1997. It marked the third marriage for the actor.
