Kevin Zegers is getting ready for his summer wedding to Jaime Feld and the former “Gossip Girl” hunk has a bit of extra preparation to accomplish before walking down the aisle.
“It’s a Jewish ceremony, so I have to memorize the Hebrew,” Kevin told E!.
Once he’s mastered the language task, the 28-year-old actor has to work on his glass-breaking technique (smashing a glass via the foot is a tradition in Jewish wedding ceremonies – thought to bring good luck to the new couple).

“My father-in-law just told me to do it with the heel,” he said with a smile.
Kevin met his soon-to-be bride, a talent agent, through one of his former co-stars, Sophia Bush (Jaime and Sophia are best friends).
“Matchmakers ain’t got nothing on me!” Sophia told E!.
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, news of Kevin’s engagement to Jaime broke in early April and the actor took to Twitter to confirm the news.
“Thanks everyone for the congratulations,” he Tweeted at the time. “Very excited to be marrying my best friend and the love of my life this summer.”
Kevin will be seen in multiple movies in coming months – first up is the action/adventure movie, “The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones” — which also stars Lily Collins, “The Twilight Saga” actor Jamie Campbell Bower and “Game of Thrones” star Lena Headey.
The film is slated to hit theaters on August 23.
