Kim Cattrall On ‘Sex’ Sequel: ‘Audiences Definitely Will Want To See What We Have Planned’

“Sex and The City 2” has already caused quite a stir on the streets of Manhattan, and according to Kim Cattrall it’s going to be worth it.

“Expect lots of fun,” Kim Cattrall told People at the Artists for Peace and Justice fundraiser in Toronto over the weekend. “Audiences definitely will want to see what we have planned.”

The 53-year-old “Sex” star said she’s having a “blast” revisiting some fashion of the past.

“It was so much fun to relive the wild and crazy fashions of the ‘80s,” she continued. “I absolutely loved the four different looks of all of us. We were all so uniquely different that we all couldn’t stop admiring our different looks. There was lots of laughing, and it was a blast!”

And despite constant reports of on set fighting between her and co-stars, Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis – Kim says shooting with the ladies is a joy.

“Working with the three women is so easy,” she explained. “I mean seven years of doing the series and the first movie and now two years later being back feels like being home. It’s so much fun. There is a saying that you can’t go home again but on ‘Sex and the City,’ you can.”

Kim did admit that some things have changed for “Sex” in 2009.

“When I carry my script to the set, it’s amplified and any clue is deciphered,” She said of a recent incident when she was photographed carrying her script. “So going to work everyday, I now I have to put that in a book to make sure nobody can see it.”

“Sex and The City 2” is scheduled to hit theaters on May 28, 2010.
