Kim Kardashian & Kanye West are opting for Italian over French for their nuptials.
The star couple will wed at Forte di Belvedere in Florence, Italy, a spokesperson for venue confirmed to Access Hollywood.
The grand fortress, built from 1590–1595 and was used to provide protection for the city and government, has amazing views of the Italian city and houses numerous pieces of art.

The couple spent 300,000 Euros (over 400K U.S. dollars) to rent the sprawling property for the weekend of May 24. Wedding guests are not able to sleep at the venue.
According to People, Kim and Kanye’s lavish wedding could reportedly begin with a dinner in Paris and then guests would be flown to Florence for the wedding.
The reality/rap couple was originally thought to be getting married at Chateau Louis XIV, outside of Paris.
