OK! Magazine released a cover story on Wednesday featuring a photo of newly engaged reality star Kim Kardashian with the title, “I’m Having A Baby!”
However, Kim, 30, immediately shot down the pregnancy rumors, saying the article is misleading.
“This is crazy! I am NOT pregnant!” Kim wrote in a blog titled, “I Am NOT Pregnant,” posted on her personal website on Wednesday, along with a photo of the OK! cover. “Magazines can be so tricky with their wording! The inside states that one day I want a baby! But I’m not pregnant!
“I can foresee lots of crazy, made up stories coming out in the near future and I certainly don’t have time to shut down every rumor,” she continued. “But believe that if you hear it from me, it will be true. Otherwise, don’t always believe what you read, dolls.”
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Kim and New Jersey Nets forward Kris Humphries announced their engagement on May 25 after dating for six months.
“I didn’t expect this at all,” the reality vixen told People magazine in an interview last week of Kris’ romantic proposal. “I was in such shock. I never thought it would happen at home, and I never thought now.”
Kris surprised Kim at her Beverly Hills home on May 18, when she came into her bedroom and found him on one knee with “Will you marry me?” spelled out in rose petals on the floor.
The basketball player presented Kim with a 20.5-carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond ring.
“I just knew I wanted it to be big,” Kris, 26, told the mag at the time.
Additionally, Kim’s older sister, Kourtney – who has a 1-year-old son with boyfriend Scott Disick — recently hinted to Access that she would not be the next Kardashian sister to expand to their family.
“I have so many other sisters that could make that happen,” she told Access at the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” Season 7 junket in Los Angeles last week, when asked if she was planning to have another child.
“Well, I don’t care which [daughter] it’s from,” Kardashian family matriarch Kris Jenner said, shooting a sly glance at daughter Khloe.
“I think I have enough pressure,” Khloe retorted. “Go pressure Kim for a change!”
