Kim Kardashian’s headline-making appearance on the cover of Vogue with Kanye West and daughter North gave the reality star a “Sex and The City” moment.
“I knew it was happening of course,” Kim, 33, said on “Late Night with Seth Meyers” on Tuesday, “but I didn’t know it would be the cover. I’m just so honored.”
Kim explained that her famous sisters were kept in the dark about their shoot with the fashion mag.

“They were a little suspicious,” she explained. “My mom knew because we used part of her house, but I told them it was something for Kanye. I don’t keep the best secrets.”
And the shoot had one minor (wet) hiccup.
“North peed on Kanye in that shot,” she told Seth with a laugh, referencing one of the Vogue photos where North is lying on Kanye’s stomach. “He was trying to tell me. I had to get up and clean him off.”

Regardless of the backlash in the wake of the cover release, Kim is thrilled to grace the cover of the iconic mag.
“Kanye’s the first rapper [on the cover], I’m the first reality star, we’re the first interracial couple,” she said. “Honestly, I felt like the real-life Carrie Bradshaw. It was like the ‘Sex and The City’ moment where you’re doing a shoot for Vogue and trying on wedding gowns.”
