Kristin Cavallari: ‘Hills’ May Add 12 Episodes, Spencer Is ‘Done’

“The Hills” may be alive for a few episodes longer than expected.

Kristin Cavallari told E!’s Marc Malkin that the MTV show may double its final season order.

“There’s a possibility of them ordering 12 more episodes,” the star said. “I would like to do it.”

She added that making the show, which returns for its season premiere on Tuesday night, has just gotten interesting.

“I’m in such a rhythm with things and I’m having a great time,” she told Malkin. “We’re just now starting to get into some really good juicy stuff with a few new people. So I think we could do another 12 episodes and make it pretty good.”

Amongst that juicy stuff – a potential rekindling with ex Brody Jenner – and even the possible return of Lauren Conrad.

“I can’t deny the fact that he is one of the most good looking men in the entire world,” Kristin said of Brody. “We have a lot of fun together. I don’t know if we could ever really get back together and be serious, but we are sort of trying to see if we could.”

As for Lauren, Kristin said she “would love” the former series star – now a best-selling author — to return.

“There are many different ways of bringing her back,” she noted.

Ratings for the show dropped steeply after Lauren’s departure in 2009.

In a separate interview with Zap2it, Kristin added that one cast member who wouldn’t be returning was Spencer Pratt.

“Spencer got kicked off the show like a month and a half ago,” she said. “He’s done; he’s completely done.”

A rep for Spencer did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Access Hollywood. In recent weeks, he has lashed out at a number of celebs – including “Hills” star Audrina Patridge – on Twitter.

Kristin told Zap2it that Spencer’s wife, Heidi, has been off the show as well.

“Heidi is in a legal battle with MTV right now, and she hasn’t filmed in a month and a half,” she said.

Earlier this month, reports emerged that Heidi was alleging that she was sexually harassed by “Hills” executive producer Adam DiVello, a report that MTV reps and Lauren Conrad denied.
