Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler will soon have a family of five!
The former reality star is pregnant with her third child, she announced via her app on Monday.
“We’re at it again! Thrilled to announce baby number 3 is on the way! The cutler crew just keeps on growin’!” the 28-year-old wrote, along with an adorable photo of herself with her hands in the shape of a heart in front of her stomach.

Kristin and Jay already have two sons together – Camden Jack, 2, and Jaxon Wyatt, who turned 1 on May 7.
After the birth of her first son, the soon-to-be three-time mom told Access Hollywood she was enjoying every moment of motherhood.
“It’s amazing. I mean, yes, there are tough moments, but it’s the most rewarding job I’ve ever had,” she told Access in March 2013. “It’s so much fun. Every day is something new and exciting.”
Kristin and Jay, quarterback for the Chicago Bears, tied the knot in June 2013.
