Lady Gaga Brought To Tears By Grammy Wins

Lady Gaga turned out one of the most memorable performances Sunday night at the 2010 Grammy Awards and also walked away with two awards – which brought the singer to tears.

“I’m so… I can’t believe it, we won two Grammys earlier today… I’m just completely floored. And I’ve ruined all of my make up right before the show,” Lady Gaga told Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush backstage at Grammys.

“How?” Billy asked.

“Crying… I was just so happy… this is not an award for me, it’s for my fans. And I love my fans so much. And I wanted them to know that they should believe in themselves. And I wanted to be everything that they hoped I would be tonight, and that’s what we got to do,” she continued.

Though she took home awards for Best Electronic/Dance Album for “The Fame” and Best Electronica/Dance Song for “Poker Face,” Gaga says she still doesn’t feel like part of the mainstream music crowd.

“I still feel like an outsider, but I like being an outsider, and I’m one with my tribe of fans, that’s who I want to be one with,” she told Billy. “I’m just so happy, I can’t say enough and Elton was so amazing and the performance was really truly magical. I had been fantasizing about this performance piece for a while and we got to do it… and I’m just really truly floored.”

The singer also took to her Twitter to thank her devoted fans for her stellar night.

“We won big tonight little monsters, I am so proud to make music 4 you,” she Tweeted. “I hope I continue to inspire u the way u inspire me. You’re everything.”
