Gaga is coming the big screen!
The singer confirmed on Twitter that she’ll make her acting debut in Robert Rodriguez’s “Machete Kills,” where she will play La Chameleon.
“Yes its true, I will be making my debut as an actress ln the amazing MACHETE KILLS BY @RODRIGUEZ” Lady Gaga wrote.
Adding, “IM SO EXCITED!!! AH! Filming was insane.”
The director also confirmed working with the Grammy winner.
“I just finished working with @LadyGaga on @MacheteKills,” he Tweeted. “she kicked SO MUCH A**! Holy Smokes. Blown away!”
Gaga joins Vanessa Hudgens, Sofia Vergara, William Sadler, Demian Bichir, Michelle Rodriguez, Mel Gibson and Charlie Sheen in the cast.
“Machete Kills” is slated to hit theaters in 2013.
