Lamar Odom’s two children are asking for prayers for their hospitalized dad.

Odom’s two children, daughter Destiny, 17, and son Lamar Jr.,13, and the former NBA star’s family released a statement on Thursday following Odom being found unresponsive in a legal Nevada brothel earlier this week.

“Thanks for your outpouring of prayers and support for our dad. We are here with our family and friends. We appreciate everyone respecting our privacy at this time. We ask for your continued prayers,” the family’s statement read.

Odom and the mother of his two kids, Liza Morales, were together for 10 years before splitting in 2008.

Dennis Hof – who owns the Love Ranch where Odom was staying when he was found unresponsive on Tuesday – told Access that the athlete took herbal Viagra during his stay at the brothel, but that no illegal drugs were found or permitted on the premises.
