LAPD Looking To ID Lindsay Lohan Break-In Suspects

The Los Angeles Police Department is asking for assistance in identifying three burglars captured by security cameras at Lindsay Lohan’s Hollywood Hills home, Access Hollywood has learned.

According to a statement released by the LAPD, the suspects are believed to have entered the home through an unlocked door and “ransacked it and took the victim’s property” in the early hours of Sunday, August 23.

The LAPD did not confirm the home in question belongs to Lindsay, but her mother, Dina, told People on Sunday, following the incident, that the star had returned home that morning to find her residence burgled.

“The safe was ripped out of the wall, and the door was off the hinges and door handles removed,” Dina told the mag. “Bags, shoes and jewelry were taken too. Thank God she wasn’t home.”

The LAPD described the three suspects as being 18-25 years of age.

One has been described as a white male, 5’9” and wearing a “light-color baseball hat, a brown short-sleeve shirt and blue jeans,” while the other two are identified as female suspects wearing black pants. Both women are believed to weigh around 120 pounds.

People with information regarding the burglary are encouraged to call Hollywood Burglary Detectives at (213) 972-2930 or log on to lapdonline.org.

The burglary wasn’t the first incident at Lindsay’s home in recent months. As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, a pair of burglars attempted unsuccessfully to gain access to the home on May 12.

Similarly, their images were captured by security cameras and the LAPD asked for public assistance in their idenitification. And as with Sunday’s break-in, one male suspect was captured wearing a baseball cap. His face was covered with a bandana, authorities told Access at the time.
