Lauren ‘LC’ Conrad To Move Out Of ‘The Hills’?

“The Hills” could soon be alive with the sound of moving trucks.

Lauren Conrad, who, first reported, has angered neighbors near her home in a posh Hollywood neighborhood which serves  as a primary filming location for her hit MTV show “The Hills,” could be planning on departing soon.

“We’re going to have to move after we’re done filming,” Conrad told E! Online columnist Marc Malkin.

After first broke the story (on June 25) that the filming of the show had angered neighbors thanks to a steady paparazzi presence and the tolls that production of the show and its equipment put on the neighborhood, LC now is saying she plans to move when the show is over for other reasons entirely.

AccessHollywood.com’s reporting on June kicked off a slew of follow up reports about the neighborhood turmoil, including reports by Radar magazine (July 23), the LA Times (August 6), and E! Online (August 6).

“You can hear the tour guides like, ‘Just yesterday, we saw Lauren Conrad pulling into her driveway and she stopped to get the mail,’” LC recounted to Malkin. “And Lo [Lauren Bosworth] was walking down the street one day and they were like, ‘Here on the left we have a celebrity dog walker walking Chloe.’ They knew my dog’s name and Lo was like, ‘They just called me a celebrity dog walker!’”

Conrad told Malkin that she plans to relocate closer to her hometown of Laguna Beach.

“I would love to return to Orange County,” she said. “LA is a really young city and it’s great for now, but eventually I’m going to want to settle down a little bit.”
