Lea Michele took a moment to remember Cory Monteith on Monday.
The actress shared a sweet photo of the late actor on what would have been his 33rd birthday.

Last year on the actor’s birthday, Lea shared a lovely photo of herself and Cory laughing together.
“The biggest heart and most beautiful smile.. In all of our hearts.. We love you so. Happy Birthday,” she said of the late actor at the time.

Cory died from a drug and alcohol overdose in July 2013.
The 28-year-old actress has been dating model Matthew Paetz since summer 2014.
