The DJ, Avicii, accused Lewis of stealing part of his hit song “Penguin,” and using it in her new song “Collide,” without permission. But Lewis, who shot to fame on the heels of her smash breakout single “Bleeding Love” after winning the UK’s “The X Factor,” claims that they had reached a deal together allowing her to use the sample.
