Leslie Jones Arrives In Rio For Olympics Coverage, Gets Personalized Snapchat Filter

Leslie Jones
is officially ready to slay the Olympics!

The
“Saturday Night Live” and “Ghostbusters” star landed in Rio
early Thursday morning, and documented her arrival with a series of
enthusiastic tweets.

A few of Leslie’s
posts included her new personalized Snapchat filter, which features a cartoon
version of herself in an American flag-inspired jumpsuit shouting
“USA!” from a megaphone. Her catchphrase “Slay All Day”
appears at the bottom of the icon.

“Oh my
God, you guys. We’re here! We’re in Rio” Leslie says in one Twitter video,
as her stylist Brian McPhatter chants “USA all day!” at her side.

The excitement
is apparently mutual, as NBC’s official Olympics Twitter account welcomed her to
the Games with a dancing GIF of gymnastics phenom Simone Biles.

NBC invited Leslie
to Brazil after her colorful Games commentary went viral on Twitter almost
immediately. The comedienne will serve as an Olympic contributor for the
network, and has already given fans a playful warning about what could be in
store.

“You guys I’m gonna show y’all everything lmao!! Good
and bad!!,” she teased her Twitter followers on Monday, following the news
of her new gig. “Hopefully it’s all good! SO EXCITED!! USA!USA!!”

Leslie appears to already be enjoying herself in South
America, sharing awestruck peeks at her hotel and the beachside cityscape.

However, her trademark sense of humor still remains front and
center.
