‘Life and Death: Twilight Reimagined’: 10 Dying Questions

Stephenie Meyer left our “Twilight” heads spinning when she Beyonce-dropped “Life and Death: Twilight Reimagined,” which gender-swapped the characters.

AccessHollywood.com has obtained a copy of the 442-page reimagining of her best-selling vampire novel sitting on our desk, but before we dive in, here are 10 dying questions we have about Beau (short for Beaufort) Swan (formerly Bella) and Edythe Cullen (formerly Edward).

  1. Will Jacob have a gender swap as well? If not, does that mean he’s gay and falls for Beau? And would this then make Beau bi? Is the city of Forks, Wash. ready for such a thing?Does Edythe creepily watch Beau sleep?
  2. Umm… how does Bella and Edward’s daughter Renesmee happen? We’re gonna need someone to draw a chart!
  3. (Possibly the most important question we have) Will Edythe climb trees in the forest with Beau on her back?
  4. Will the wolf pack get a gender swap as well… wolf squad?
  5. If the werewolves are now women, do they go shirtless? Do they quickly make tops out of twigs and leaves? Or will they just be like, “#freethewolfnipple”?
  6. Will Beau go tuxedo prom shopping like Bella went dress shopping?
  7. Is vampire baseball still a thing? (We sure hope that got edited out in the reimagining – sorry, not sorry, Stephenie)
  8. Does the story end at Beau’s ballet studio in Arizona still?
  9. And will this mean that E L James will now gender swap “Fifty Shades of Grey” – hey, Christina Grey, hey!
