Lindsay Lohan Checks Out Of Rehab; Actress Has Sobriety Companion

Lindsay Lohan has completed her 90-day court-mandated stay in rehab.

Photos of the 27-year-old actress getting into an SUV, preparing to leave Cliffside Malibu treatment center surfaced on Wednesday morning.

Lindsay was photographed smiling while wearing a blue mini-dress, black knee-socks with suede booties, and carrying a large bag.

A source close to the situation tells Access Hollywood that Lindsay is being accompanied by a sobriety companion for an undetermined amount of time.

The sober living helper is described as a “trusted and highly qualified companion” who is “protecting” the actress.

Lindsay has several post-rehab gigs lined up, including a sitdown with Oprah Winfrey, a short reality series for OWN, and a guest-hosting stint on E!’s “Chelsea Lately” on Monday.

The “Liz & Dick” star began her rehab stay at the Betty Ford Center in May as part of plea deal stemming from her June 2012 car accident case. She transferred to Cliffside in early June.
