Lindsay Lohan might be due in court on Thursday in Los Angeles, according to TMZ, but that didn’t stop the starlet from heading to Cannes this weekend.
The 23-year-old arrived in Cannes, France on Sunday reportedly to promote her upcoming Linda Lovelace biopic at the Cannes Film Festival.
The starlet has completed nine of her 13 required traffic school classes ordered by a judge. The judge could rule that she is in violation of probation on Thursday if she does not complete the four remaining classes.
According to TMZ, on Sunday night she was spotted at a restaurant called La Colombe D’or and also seen leaving a luxury yacht in the marina of Cannes.
There’s been no word on when Lindsay plans on returning stateside.
A source familiar with Lindsay’s court case told Access on Monday that the starlet has to complete three more classes in order to be in compliance with the Judge’s orders. It is not known if the actress is required to be there on Thursday. The source said it depends whether the judge determines if Lindsay is in compliance with her probation or not.
