Lindsay Lohan is speaking out against her dad yet again Michael Lohan on her Twitter account.
Just one day before she is scheduled to turn herself in to the court to begin serving 90 days in jail for violating her probation, Lindsay took time to slam her dad.
“I don’t want my ex-father anywhere near me no matter where I am. He is crazy and scares me,” Lindsay wrote late Sunday night.
Despite being on the eve of three months behind bars, the 24-year-old actress also said her current situation was “great” in another Tweet about her dad.
“I don’t want Michael Lohan Sr. anywhere near me, no matter where I am,” Lindsay wrote. “I am in a great place and he only brings negativity in my world.”
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, on Friday, Robert Shapiro officially filed papers to become Lindsay’s attorney in her DUI case, requesting that he replace Shawn Chapman Holley as the actress’ legal representation. Reportedly, his only condition for representing her was that she agrees to serve her jail sentence.
