Lindsay Lohan Out Of Rehab, Back On Club Scene

Lindsay Lohan left rehab on Friday following the completion of a 45-day residential treatment program, and was seen at a Las Vegas club the following night.

Lindsay’s rep, Leslie Sloane, confirmed her departure from Malibu’s Promises treatment facility in a statement to Access Hollywood:

“On Friday, July 13, 2007, Lindsay Lohan successfully completed her 45 days of residential and extended care treatment at Promises. She has transitioned to an intensive outpatient program, which includes attendance at daily AA meetings, outpatient therapy and daily testing. On her own, she has also made the decision in support of her sobriety to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet. In part she is wearing the bracelet so there are no questions about her sobriety if she chooses to go dancing or dining in a place where alcohol is served.”

In describing the bracelet, Sloane said that a computer reads it every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, as it is downloaded to the central server of the testing company. It’s known as a “scram bracelet,” and is completely tamper proof and 100 percent accurate.

With bracelet presumably affixed, Lohan wasted no time in getting back to the club scene, as she was seen out the following evening at PURE nightclub in Las Vegas.

Lindsay was in town to surprise one of her best friends who was celebrating her birthday, Access has learned.

A rep for PURE told Access that Lindsay arrived at PURE on Saturday night with some friends, situating themselves on the main VIP stage.

Lohan, who was drinking sugar free Red Bull and Voss water, was in high spirits and danced for a while before making her way over to the DJ booth. Hanging out with DJ Hollywood, Lohan gave shout outs to fellow club-goers Lauren Conrad, Brody Jenner, Whitney Port and Frankie Delgado of MTV’s “The Hills” before inviting the group to join her party.

Another person in Lohan’s party — the older, tan woman in photos next to the starlet was Dori Cooperman, a socialite who met the actress at Promises rehab. Sources report that the 36-year-old extended her stay at the facility, where she buddied up to the 21-year-old “Mean Girls” star.

According to the club’s rep, Lindsay and her group headed into the Red Room to relax a bit and chat with each other in a more intimate setting before returning to the Main Room.

Lohan’s party received another surprise as “Mindfreak” magician Criss Angel arrived at the club, joining the group on the main VIP stage. Lohan took the mic to give a shout out to Angel, said the rep, to which the “packed house went wild.” The rep said that Lohan and Angel hung out chatting and laughing until closing, at which point they left the club together.

Reports indicate that Lohan and Angel were playing Blackjack at the club, and then they were escorted to Lindsay’s suite at Caesars Palace.

Lohan, who was arrested Memorial Day Weekend on suspicion of DUI, checked into the Malibu based rehab facility Promises on Monday, May 28. She was reportedly planning to celebrate her own 21st birthday at PURE on July 2, but canceled the club engagement in mid-June, celebrating her birthday with friends and family at a private party in Malibu instead. Sources told Access at the time of the PURE cancellation that Lindsay was still contractually obligated to attend another party for the nightclub at a date to be determined.

In related news, like Lindsay, Cooperman is facing troubles with the law. She is set to go on trial soon for allegedly stealing a check from someone in the amount of $4,300 and cashing it in her account.

Attempts to reach Cooperman for comment were unsuccessful at press time.
