Lindsay’s Lawyer Says LiLo & Ali Remain Terrified Of Dad

Lindsay Lohan’s attorney is speaking out to Access Hollywood about the Thursday incident which involved her father, Michael Lohan, arriving at his daughter’s home with police.

Attorney Shawn Chapman Holley told Access that Lindsay and Ali remain terrified of their father and would like a restraining order to be filed immediately.

On Thursday, Lindsay Tweeted as much.

“I NEED A RESTRAINING ORDER! MY SISTER AND FRIEND TOO!!!!! HE’S NUTS!!!” she Tweeted of the surprise encounter with her father.

For his part, Michael told Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush in a sit-down interview on Thursday that he was trying to help his daughters and that he arrived at Lindsay’s home to check on Ali.

“It’s about Ali now that she’s out there, but it’s been about Lindsay and the problems she has,” Michael told Billy of his youngest daughter, a 16-year-old minor, who was together with Lindsay on Thursday following an alleged trip to Coachella with her big sister last weekend.

“[Lindsay looked] like she got hit by a train, the makeup was all over,” Michael said, mentioning that a third person was with his daughters as well. “There was a girl that was Lindsay’s age or younger that was messed up more than Lindsay was.”

He also said he will be contacting Child Services in both New York and Los Angeles over Ali.
