Ludacris To Appear On Fox’s ‘Empire’

Ludacris is set to appear on Fox’s “Empire,” Access Hollywood has confirmed.

The rapper and actor is reuniting with his “Hustle & Flow” co-star Terrance Howard, as he makes a guest appearance on the hit primetime drama’s second season. (Taraji P. Henson was also in the film, but it is unclear if the two will share any “Empire” scenes together.)

Ludacris revealed the news himself by posting a pic on Instagram showing him in character in the photo, with the caption, “This could get interesting…. #empireseason2.”

He was dressed in correctional officer attire, with the name McKnight on the badge, and posing next to Terrence, who was in an orange jumpsuit, the result of Lucious Lyon’s arrest at the end of Season 1.

According to Fox, Ludacris’ character is a “hard-working correctional officer and veteran of the Federal Bureau of Prisons who believes that celebrity inmates should be treated no differently than regular criminals — especially Lucious Lyon.”
