Mariska Hargitay is coming back!
Season 14 of NBC’s “Law & Order: SVU” left fans gasping with the cliffhanger of Mariska’s Detective Olivia Benson being held at gunpoint on the season finale.
But the actress squelched fans’ fears over the weekend.
“Happy weekend. It’s official. Season 15–I’LL BE BACK!” the Emmy-winning actress Tweeted on Saturday.
The 49-year-old actress has been with the show since 1999 and has been nominated for eight consecutive Emmy Awards since 2004. She took home the top drama acting honors in 2006.
“Law & Order: SVU” returns to NBC on Wednesday at 9 PM this fall.
