Mark Ballas Hits Ballroom For ‘DWTS’ Finals

Mark Ballas has been cleared to hit the ballroom and has already begun competing on the “Dancing with the Stars” Season 18 finals.

Just before 8:30 ET, Tom Bergeron told the “DWTS” audience that Mark had an MRI and was cleared by a doctor during the previous commercial break to perform.

He then hit the ballroom, performing a quickstep with partner Candace Cameron Bure.

Asked by Judge Carrie Ann Inaba if he was okay, Mark said, “yes, ma’am.”

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Mark visited the hospital on Sunday after sustaining an injury while prepping for the show’s finals.

With one more dance to go — the freestyle, the dance Mark was originally hurt while prepping on Sunday — Erin Andrews asked how Mark feels heading into the rest of the evening.

“I’m gonna go out there and just do my best, but I wasn’t going to let Candace down no matter what,” Mark said. “You’d have to take my arm completely off for me not to be here, so I’m here for Candace 100 percent.”
