According to the folks at the Office of Homeland Security in Pennsylvania, actor Mark Ruffalo is a threat to national security.

The “Shutter Island” and “The Kids Are All Right” star was recently placed on a terror-advisory watch list by the department after organizing some screenings for the documentary “Gasland,” which takes an in-depth look at natural gas drilling, the actor recently told GQ magazine.

But Mark isn’t worried about it – he actually thinks it’s quite amusing.

Mark Ruffalo and his family are speaking out about the tragic death of Scott Ruffalo, who died Monday night, the same day one of the suspects arrested in connection to Scott’s death has been released.

“Mark Ruffalo and his family deeply appreciate the outpouring of prayers and support during this most difficult time of the passing of Scott Ruffalo, beloved son, brother and husband,” a rep for the actor said in a statement released to Access Hollywood.

Shaha Mishaal Adham, who police had issued an arrest warrant for in connection to the shooting of Mark Ruffalo’s brother, Scott, turned herself into police on Monday afternoon, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

A spokesperson for the Beverly Hills Police Department said Adham, along with Brian Scofield, who had been identified as a “person of interest” in the case, turned themselves in at 1:30 PM on Monday.
