Matthew McConaughey & Matt Bomer Join Channing Tatum’s Stripper Movie

Matthew McConaughey and Matt Bomer have joined the flesh parade that is the upcoming movie, “Magic Mike,” based on Channing Tatum’s real-life past as a stripper.

According to Variety, McConaughey will star was a former dancer who owns a club, called Xquisite, where Channing’s title character works.

The Steven Soderbergh-directed movie has also cast “White Collar” star Matt Bomer as a member of the male stripper troupe at Xquiste, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

British actor Alex Pettyfer also stars in the movie as a young dancer that Channing’s character takes under his wing.

“Magic Mike” is slated to start shooting in September and will hit theaters in 2012.
