Michael Buble and Argentinean actress Luisana Loreley Lopilato de la Torre reportedly have their sights set on a walk down the aisle.
According to People, the couple has been engaged for the last two months.
“Michael proposed to his girlfriend, Luisana, in November, in front of her family in Argentina,” the singer’s rep Liz Rosenberg told the mag. “They’re ecstatic. They’re adorable, in love and laugh all day long.”
According to the mag, Luisana, 22, who stars in the Argentinean soap opera, “Atraccion x 4,” loves the engagement ring that the 34-year-old crooner gave her.
The ring reportedly comes from Vancouver jeweler Minichiello.
“He designed the setting himself. He’s very proud to be engaged to her,” a friend of the singer told the mag.
The couple met in November 2008 after one of Michael’s Buenos Aires concerts – and there was reportedly instant chemistry.
“They met at a party the record company threw for him after his show in Buenos Aires,” the friend told the mag. “The head of the label wanted to introduce Michael to Argentina’s most famous actress. When he met her, he said it was love at first sight.”
Michael previously dated actress Emily Blunt. They split in 2008 after dating for two years.
