Michael Jordan Marries Yvette Prieto; 2,000 Guests Attend Reception

Basketball legend Michael Jordan is, once again, a married man.

The former NBA star, 50, wed 35-year-old model Yvette Prieto in Palm Beach, Fla., on Saturday.

According to People, 500 guests were driven to an Episcopal church (Bethesda-by-the-Sea – where Donald Trump married Melania in 2005) for the ceremony.

An additional 1,500 people joined the newlyweds for a reception at the Bears Club in Jupiter, Fla., following the wedding, the mag reported.

“They’ve been planning for months and months,” a source told People of the couple’s big day. “He wanted to give Yvette everything she’s ever wanted.”

Michael and Yvette met in 2008 at a nightclub.

The athlete proposed over the Christmas holidays in 2011.

This is the second marriage for Michael, who divorced Juanita Vanoy in 2006 after 17 years of marriage.

Yvette was previously in a lengthy relationship with Julio Iglesias, Jr.
