Mike Tyson To Guest Star On Law & Order: Special Victims Unit

Mike Tyson is continuing his streak of acting roles – this time, on the small screen.

The former boxing champ will guest star in an episode of “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” according to USA Today.

Tyson, who had a role in 2009’s “The Hangover” and has also performed on Broadway, will play Reggie Rhodes – “a murderer on death row who is also the victim of a difficult childhood,” according to the paper.

The athlete-turned-actor will shoot his episode of the Mariska Hargitay-led crime procedural later this month, Tyson’s rep told Entertainment Weekly, and it will air on February 13.

Tyson will also make a cameo in “Skum Rocks!” – an upcoming rock musical starring Julianne Hough, Teresa Palmer and Kevin Bacon, due out later this year.
