Miranda Lambert & Shania Twain’s Nashville Girls Night

Miranda Lambert is continuing her #MusicIsMedicine mission in the wake of her divorce form Blake Shelton.

The country superstar attended Shania Twain’s show in Nashville on Friday night and got a little backstage time with the “That Don’t Impress Me Much” singer.

“Shania Twain. Fringe Saddle. That’s All. #nashville #girlsnight #rockthiscountry #badass #musicismedicine,” she captioned an Instagram photo of Shania soaring above the giant Bridgestone Arena crowd, posted Saturday.

And it appears the admiration is mutual! Shania posted a photo of herself and Miranda hugging backstage.

“Girls night, love seeing you! #RockThisCountry,” Shania captioned the pic.

On Tuesday, Miranda played an acoustic set at Nashville’s 3rd & Lindsley, accompanied by RaeLynn and Little Big Town’s Karen Fairchild.

As she launched into her 2011 ballad “Dear Diamond,” Miranda told the crowd she’s been “living off caffeine and sad songs lately.”

Miranda and Blake announced their divorce on July 20 after four years of marriage.
