13! Neil Patrick Harris is feeling the love on a very special occasion.
The
actor celebrated his 13th anniversary with husband David Burtka on April 1, and
took to social media to honor his longtime partner with a romantic look back at
their time together.
“Thirteen years and one day ago, I crossed paths with
the guy on the left,” he wrote on Sunday, captioning an Instagram photo of
David laughing alongside the couple’s 6-year-old son, Gideon.

Neil went on to celebrate his and David’s lasting affection for one another, also paying tribute to their expanding family.
“The adventures have never ceased. The love has never waned,” he continued, before referring to Gideon as just one example of the “never ending” gifts he and David have received.
“Happy anniversary, @dbelicious,” the 43-year-old added. “You’re the best.”

David returned the heartfelt sentiment, sharing kind words of gratitude for Neil with a touching post of his own.
“Thank you Neil for being compassionate, adventurous, and an all around fantastic man,” he wrote. “I love you more than ever.”
The pair tied the knot in Italy back in 2014, nearly four years after welcoming Gideon and daughter Harper via surrogate.
