Nicki Minaj, Pitbull To Perform At 2012 NBA All-Star Game

Nicki Minaj, Mary J. Blige, Pitbull and Ne-Yo are slated to perform in Orlando at the 2012 NBA All-Star Game on Sunday, February 26, the NBA announced on Thursday.

International superstar Pitbull will headline the halftime performance with a medley of popular songs. He will be joined by a number of special guest performers, including singer/songwriter Ne-Yo.

Prior to the game, Grammy nominee Nicki Minaj will perform during the 2012 NBA All-Stars introduction. Fans will hear favorites like “Superbass” and her new smash single “Starships.”

Grammy winner Mary J. Blige will sing the national anthem.

The NBA All-Star Game will air live at 7 PM ET on TNT from the Amway Center in Orlando.

A group of other performers, including will.i.am, Flo Rida and Javier Colon of “The Voice,” will also be lending their talents to the weekend’s festivities.

On Saturday, February 25, Colon will sing the U.S. national anthem before a series of All-Star activities. Will.i.am will perform his current single, “The Hardest Ever,” prior to the Foot Locker Three-Point Contest. Prior to the Sprite Slam Dunk contest, Flo Rida will perform a single from his upcoming fourth studio album.
