Nicole Richie and 90 of her closest friends reportedly celebrated her upcoming birth at a baby shower in Beverly Hills.
The “Simple Life” star and Paris Hilton BFF had a “Wizard of Oz” themed baby shower according to a report in People. Invitations to the big event were hand delivered on Thursday.
The almost 100 guest party was organized by party planner to the stars, Mindy Weiss, thrown by Nicole’s mother, Benda, and thrown by her sister Sophia and long time friend Paris Hilton.
Richie has still not commented on the gender of the baby, but according to reports, a pair of $50 baby sneakers for a boy and a $50 Tummy T Jack maternity shirt with a picture of a boy on the front were purchased for the party.
Nicole is dating rocker Joel Madden of “Good Charlotte.” She is due in January.
