Nina Dobrev
and Austin Stowell are finally official – on Twitter!
The couple made
their red carpet debut at the “Bridge of Spies” premiere on Oct. 4,
but didn’t realize until weeks later that they weren’t keeping up with each
other’s social media pages.
“That
weird moment when you realize you don’t follow your girlfriend on
Twitter,” Austin Tweeted on Tuesday, captioning a photo of Nina’s feed that
showed he wasn’t one of her 5.8 million followers – at least not yet.

The
30-year-old remedied the situation within minutes, and posted an updated
screenshot to prove it.
“I
guess it’s official @ninadobrev,” he wrote.

Austin didn’t
have to worry about upsetting his lady, however — turns out, the “Vampire Diaries” alum had a similar confession
of her own.
“That awkward moment when u realize ur
not following him either,” Nina Tweeted in reference to her beau.
“Just gotta do it realfast b4 he
realizes,” she joked, tagging the “Public Morals” actor.
Nina, 26, and Austin were first linked in
June after being spotted getting cozy around Los Angeles, and soon took their romance
international – the pair jetted to St. Tropez the following month.
