LOS ANGELES (October As a result of Sara Evans leaving the competition, nobody’s dancing shoes were revoked this week on ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars.”
Host Tom Bergeron still went through the motions on Wednesday night, saying the two lowest vote-getters were Jerry Springer and surprisingly Joey Lawrence, who had been a fan favorite throughout the competition.
But when it was time to send one of them packing with their partners, Bergeron announced neither was leaving.
The votes from this week, along with the judges’ scores, will be carried over and combined with the new batch of votes to determine who goes home next week, putting Joey and Jerry at an early disadvantage.
